Found a new love of hot yoga at Breathe. The best yoga studio in the area! You will be in for a major treat with any instructor, as they are all amazing. Instructor feedback is always helpful as I am working to strengthen my wrists. Love coming back to this studio again and again 🩷

Best hot yoga studio in South East Idaho. Lots of variety between instructors. Very friendly and welcoming. Use their phone application "breathe yoga" to book classes. First class is free and 15$ for drop ins. Very affordable compared to studios in bigger cities. My practice has grown and improved since going. Love to see the yoga community in Pocatello grow.

Waylon Wade is a world class yoga teacher. This studio is intimate, well managed, friendly. I’m from California, have family in Idaho, and always make a point of taking as many classes as I can here.
